The New West Quarter Development Vision Pioneer House Retail Centre Development Framework		The Retail Centre at the heart of the development constitutes a major redevelopment of a large under used site behind the main high street. The building retains the historical façade whilst creating a modern shopping environment, split in to 3 levels and houses a new public open space. The centre, as with all other aspects of the development aims to be complimentary to the town and not compete with established outlets.
